Duckd HQ

A digital community and recognition platform for the off-road community, designed around identity, discovery, events, chapters, and shared participation.

The product

Duckd HQ brings community identity, recognition, local discovery, mapping, events, and chapter activity into a connected digital home for off-road enthusiasts.

My role

Founder / Product Lead — shaping the live platform, member experience, recognition mechanics, and the systems that connect community activity to a useful product.

Duckd HQ live product interface

Community energy is real. The digital experience is often fragmented.

Off-road communities thrive through shared identity, local events, and recognition, but those moments are often scattered across disconnected channels. The opportunity was to create a more coherent place to participate, discover, and belong.

Product decisions

01

Make identity visible

Profiles and recognition give members a way to express participation and build a meaningful presence within the community.

02

Connect people to place

Geospatial discovery and chapter activity help turn a broad community into local, actionable connections.

03

Reward participation

Recognition and event mechanics are designed to encourage contribution without losing the authenticity of the community.

Current state

A live platform where community participation has a home.

Duckd HQ shows how product design, gamification, events, and geospatial thinking can work together to support a community experience that is both social and structured.
