Understand the system
Start with the workflow, constraints, people, data, and real operating conditions—not assumptions.
My background combines hands-on technical work, operational judgment, and customer-facing leadership in environments where the details matter and the next decision needs to be clear.
Professional story
I have spent my career in environments where systems need to work, people need clear answers, and small details can have real operational consequences. That work has moved through public safety, frontline management, secure field service, enterprise technology, process development, healthcare automation, implementation, and systems consulting.
The common thread is practical problem-solving. I can move between technical detail, workflow constraints, customer priorities, and executive conversations while staying focused on the decision or action the work needs to support.
Today, I focus on healthcare technology and pharmacy automation—helping organizations assess workflows, understand capacity and utilization, develop solutions, and plan for scalable operations. I also build independent digital products that apply the same mindset to patient self-service, consumer decisions, and community experiences.
How I work
01
Start with the workflow, constraints, people, data, and real operating conditions—not assumptions.
02
Translate complexity into a practical future state, decision framework, or implementation path.
03
Communicate clearly, respect the people who depend on the work, and stay focused on what happens next.
Career experience
The same instinct that leads me to analyze complex professional systems also leads me to build when I see a consumer decision that feels unnecessarily fragmented or confusing. My independent products are a practical extension of that work: understand the problem, connect the right information, and create a clearer path forward.
